Cell Structure

An excellent introduction to cell biology. Activities include identification of cell components; staining of mitochondria, storage inclusions, cell walls, chloroplasts and starch granules; comparison of plant and animal cells; and cell membrane function. Serves up to 30 students and requires two 45 minute class periods.
